Each dish in the tasting menu was crafted with utmost care, and the chef herself would personally visit your table to explain the dish's creation, its historical significance, and the thought behind ingredient selection. Among the array of delectable offerings, my personal favorite was the Tartare and Walnut & Stone Fruit dish. However, every other course was equally delightful and flavorsome, making the entire dining experience truly memorable.
